Onboarding a booking platform is no easy task at the best of times. Let alone when your implementation team is working in a different time zone on the opposite side of the world. As Lead Launch Specialist, Ryan's optimistic, proactive approach ensured any stress generally associated with onboarding technology was kept to a minimum. From the outset, Ryan invested the time to understand the nuances and complexities within the company's tour and activities set up. Ryan helped our company, The Pedaler Cycling Tours, with the integration of Checkfront as our online reservation system. The technology was new to the owner and me and Ryan helped us understand the features of the system. He was very patient and encouraging when we were in the learning phases, and as we started to understand Checkfront in more detail he was very helpful with adjustments to meet the needs of the company.
